Have you been involved with any political organizations (IACI, Idaho Majority Club, IFF, etc.)
I have not.
Have you supported candidates from another party?
I have not.
Why are you running for this office?
I deeply believe this is God’s plan and that the idea was placed on my heart years ago.
Have you held elected office before?
No.
What makes you qualified for this role?
I am a successful husband, father, and businessman who has repeatedly learned new skills and succeeded against the odds.
What are your top priorities in your first year?
Zero-based and reformed budgeting, radical healthcare transparency, and ending foreign entanglements.
How have you served your community (boards, nonprofits, etc.)?
I’ve served on apprenticeship committees and private road associations, and supported local charities with more than $1 million in giving over 15 years.
Fiscal conservative
Yes. Tax dollars and public resources should serve the people, not enrich politicians or large corporations.
Social conservative
Yes. I believe God created us male and female, marriage is between one man and one woman, and life is sacred from conception onward.
Share your one minute elevator speech.
I’ve lived in Idaho for 26 years. I’m a husband and father of six sons, and a successful businessman. This run for U.S. Senate is not something I take lightly — I believe God is calling me to step up. We have deep, serious problems that our current senato
What is your plan to advocate for your top priorities?
My biggest priority is tackling our federal spending crisis, because it drives so many problems here in Idaho. I toured every county this year and heard the same things everywhere: skyrocketing housing costs, persistent inflation, even in small towns like
Where do you see harmful federal overreach in Idaho, and how would you return authority to states and local communities?
One of the biggest sources of overreach stems from the 1964 Reynolds v. Sims Supreme Court decision, which forced state senators to be apportioned by population instead of giving equal voice to land and counties. That upset the balance that once forced be
What steps would you take to reduce federal spending, address debt, and restore fiscal discipline?
We need radical transparency and overhaul in healthcare, where only nine cents of every dollar reaches frontline workers while 91 cents goes to administration and overhead — the opposite of peer nations. I would push legislation requiring full transparenc
What is your position on the SAVE Act and federal efforts to strengthen election integrity?
I’m 100% behind the SAVE Act. Current law already requires only U.S. citizens to vote in federal elections, yet some states openly defy it. The SAVE Act simply enforces that standard nationwide. The idea that it suppresses votes — even my own mom heard th
How would you protect access to federal lands for grazing, timber, recreation, and resource use while supporting rural economies?
With much of Idaho under federal management, we need to strengthen and stabilize PILT (Payments In Lieu of Taxes) payments. It shouldn’t be a bargaining chip between states. I’d like to see PILT enshrined in the budget and apportioned more by actual feder
How do federal immigration policies impact Idaho, and what changes would you support to enforce laws and protect workers?
I support strong deportation efforts and a secure border. Self-deportation incentives that just hand out cash aren’t the best approach. I’d rather partner with effective charities to help people build sustainable lives back home — things like wells, farms
Do you support term limits for members of Congress?
At this point, yes, I support term limits for both the House and Senate. Experience and connections have value, but the current system is corrupted by lobbyists, PAC money, and Citizens United. Incumbents enjoy huge financial advantages. As an outsider no
What is your stance on legalization of marijuana?
I’m 100% opposed to legalization. I’ve seen the real-world carnage in states that went down this road — increased psychological issues, especially with today’s potent, genetically engineered strains, loss of motivation and productivity, and the stench of
How will you stay accessible and responsive to your constituents?
Idaho’s Senate offices already have a good network of staff around the state to handle constituent issues, and Congressman Fulcher does an excellent job communicating legislation and updates. I would model that approach: regular, substantive communication
What question do you wish voters were asking—but aren’t?
A fair question many should ask is whether I would move my family to Washington, D.C. if elected. My wife and I discussed this carefully. We decided no — we’re not moving our six sons, especially the two still in school. We want them to finish growing up
